Privacy Policy

For the Birds will add you to our mailing/emailing list when you contact us, unless you request we do not. We also collect names and email addresses when you sign up for our newsletter. We only send out notices when they are important and will not bombard you with unnecessary email.

Return Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full merchandise refund or exchange.  Please email us within 15 days for a return authorization number so we know to expect your return and can process it in a timely manner.  You will receive your RA number within one business day of receipt of your email.  Items must be returned in original condition (unused) with all original tags, packaging material and a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase.

We will credit the card you used to make the original purchase or exchange the item per your request. For items that arrived damaged or defective, or are not what you ordered, we will replace the item and pay for return shipping or refund your shipping cost. We regret that all other shipping charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your business!
